I am Chancellor Gregory Francis of overall statistics for the entire Galaxies. I have invented my 25th different type of business. It's similar to my invention 3 offices, but rather than focusing on generating cash when an entire deal is done, the invention 25 offices focuses on something else, and has an exclusive list of spot owners, and at least gives an opinion on stuff that the just stated list needs for their zones, and adds into bidding/ contributing.
